• As a Financial Advisor to Debtors, we can assist in addressing the various restructuring alternatives available to the company. As advisor to the debtor company, some of the services that we can provide include: assist with bank and other creditor negotiations, develop the required detailed financial projections and feasibility analyses, develop the required detailed liquidation analyses, perform analysis of executory contracts to be rejected, serve as claims and distribution agent, perform preference payment analyses, and serve as the Debtor's expert witness at confirmation and other hearings.
• As Financial Advisors to Secured and Unsecured Creditors, we can provide assistance by acting on behalf of our client and deal directly with the troubled company. We can review and analyze the financial and operating information that the company provides and offer our insight on the courses of action that a creditor is allowed to take. Working with legal counsel, we routinely advise creditor committees in a bankruptcy proceeding regarding the financial viability of the Debtor company and negotiation of the potential recovery to unsecureds in proposed Plans of Reorganization.
• We can serve as Interim Crisis Manager for a troubled company in the form of an interim CEO, CFO or CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer). As an interim crisis manager we are able to not only identify the solutions that should be followed, but as an officer of the company we can actually implement these changes.
• We can serve as a Receiver or Trustee. Many times after a secured lender has foreclosed, they are in the need for someone to run a business until the assets can be sold or liquidated. We can assist and add value in this manner. Other times during a litigation matter, the company needs to have a responsible person installed to ensure the assets of the company are not diminished until the litigation matter is resolved.
