Billing for Services:
Sierra Real Estate Solutions offers flexible payment alternatives to its clients for the payment of our services. We are typically paid in one or more of the following three methods:
- Hourly billing based on the hours of service provided.
- Monthly management fee based on a set amount or percentage of income.
- Project or success fee equal to a percentage of the proceeds received by the client upon the disposition of the asset.
