Mr. Burr's professional experience includes over sixteen years of corporate restructurings including providing operational turnaround consulting services, serving as financial and restructuring advisor to both debtors and creditors in out-of-court restructuring and bankruptcy related engagements including negotiating and raising various financing facilities, creditor negotiations, overseeing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) departments, development of business plans, plans of reorganization and disclosure statements, liquidation analyses, detailed feasibility analyses, financial forecasting, budget to actual monitoring reports, pre-package bankruptcy planning and other Chapter 11 and 7 related issues.

Ms. Bouvea's professional experience includes over 20 years in public accounting performing auditing, accounting, management consulting, bankruptcy, litigation support, and real estate and business valuation services. Ms. Bouvea has specialized in business valuation and litigation support since 1993, and has provided services for a variety of clients for purposes of economic damage calculation, estate and gift tax planning, marital dissolution and other. Ms. Bouvea has assisted attorneys in preparation for and during deposition and trial, and has provided expert witness testimony in a number of cases.

Mr. Belt has thirty years experience in finance and accounting in both public and private industry including accounting and auditing, management consulting, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and construction bonding issues. Prior to formally entering the consulting profession, his professional experience includes six-plus years of conducting SEC audit engagements with the former Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as well as fifteen years in senior management positions at privately held enterprises. Mr. Belt has consulted with companies ranging from entrepreneurial startups to large multi-national enterprises involving a wide range of issues including strategic planning, due diligence, financial forecasting and cash flow analysis. He has served as a financial advisor in bankruptcy related engagements to both debtors, numerous unsecured creditor committees, secured lenders and subordinated debt holders involving a diverse range of industries.

Ms. Giordano's professional experience includes over 22 years of combined experience in the areas of internal audit, fraud investigations, public accounting/tax, litigation support, and business valuations. Ms. Giordano has specialized in business valuation and litigation support since 1998, and has provided services for a variety of clients throughout the U.S. for various purposes including estate and gift tax planning, marital dissolution, economic damage calculation and other.
Ms. Giordano has served as an Investigator Reviewer for the Arizona Board of Accountancy and provided expert witness testimony for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Mr. Hartley has over 16 years of experience in bankruptcy, receivership, turnaround management, real estate development, business management and lending as principal, consultant, receiver, lawyer and lender. Mr. Hartley’s experience includes 6 years of operating private companies, as well as management of investment funds focused on commercial real estate lending. Mr. Hartley’s professional experience also includes being a Partner in the real estate and real estate finance groups of the law firms Squire, Sanders & Dempsey and Gallagher & Kennedy, as well as three years with the Corporate Restructuring and Real Estate groups of Skadden Arps in their Chicago, Illinois office. Mr. Hartley’s clients have included all sizes and types of companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, including Herhode Development as receiver, Kmart Corporation in the disposition of Builder’s Square, Bankers Trust Company as agent for senior lenders in various cases, Service Merchandise in its disposition of surplus real estate, Coppercrest Funding in the repossession and disposition of secured real estate assets, Arizona Diamondbacks in the development and financing of Chase Field, and numerous real estate developers in the development, financing, management and disposition of many office, retail, industrial and multi-family projects.

Mr. Evarkiou has been working in commercial real estate for over 15 years and has been involved in the development of over four million square feet of commercial property. In Mr. Evarkiou’s career he has worked for both regional and national development companies and has been involved in various capacities on the delivery of over thirty successful projects with duties including acquisition and disposition, entitlement, leasing, management and overseeing of the overall development process. Mr. Evarkiou has been involved in the development of multiple product types including office, mixed use, flex office, industrial, retail, high rise condominium and multi-family projects. He is also the principal of Helio Real Estate and holds an Arizona Brokers Real Estate License. He has been a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and International Council of Shopping Centers Inc. (ICSC). Mr. Evarkiou earned a bachelor’s degree in regional development from the University of Arizona.

Ms. Villalpando brings over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate development, construction and management, business & project management and project accounting to Sierra Real Estate Solutions. In Ms. Villalpando’s career she has worked for both state government and global corporate real estate firms, and has been involved in the successful execution of over 25 projects. Her duties have included project management, project budgeting and scheduling, due diligence, competitive bid review and award, permitting and overseeing the overall construction process of tenant improvements, ground-up construction and interior fit-out projects. Ms. Villalpando has been involved in the development, construction and management of multiple product types including public school, medical, office, mixed use, retail and banking projects. Ms. Villalpando’s experience also includes site identification, geographical assessments, development economic studies and capital investment proposals.

With over 35 years of public accounting and management consulting experience, Mr. Gay currently specializes in litigation support, bankruptcy, valuation and merger and acquisition services primarily in conjunction with the legal community. Mr. Gay has testified in numerous cases in recent years and is qualified as an expert witness in Maricopa County Superior Court, Federal Bankruptcy Court, Federal Court and U.S. Tax Court. In addition to his extensive work in general litigation, Mr. Gay has successfully tackled complex commercial litigation matters. Mr. Gay has a long history of turnaround experience, including restructuring both in and out of court and involvement in strategy and execution of reorganization plans. Mr. Gay has been appointed as an Examiner by the U.S. Department of Justice and a Chapter 11 Trustee by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
